The Fujitsu Lifebook U2010 mini laptop is certainly one of the most expensive tablet-UMPC last year. Unlike many other regular UMPCs, the LifeBook U2010 features an Intel Atom processor running at 1.6GHz or 1.8GHz, a 5.6-inch 1024×768 LCD touchscreen, an optional 64GB SSD drive (or a standard 60GB hard drive), 1GB of RAM, a 3G radio, GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It weighs about 1.5 pounds and it will retail for $1,300. Color choice includes basic black, Pink Gold, Cool Silver, Fuschia Red, and Luminous Blue.
The HP Envy 13 mini laptop seems like a “luxury” PC, the design of this new model is pretty similar to Apple MacBook Pro 13-inch. It is equipped with 13-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 1,366×768 pixels, a 2.13GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor SL9600 processor and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330 Graphics, 3GB of RAM, 4-cell battery. Obviously, it’s a higher end machine! So if you want a stylish, fairly powerful laptop to run Windows 7 – then this is the notebook for you. The Envy will cost $1,700 with the new Windows 7 operating system, from October 18th.
The HP Pavilion DM3 is a thin and light mini laptop with a 13′ display and now pcmag.com has just reviewed the laptop. It is a new notbook that is yet stylish and has the features that are needed. The machine comes in both AMD and Intel flavors, The AMD version packs the 1.6GHz Athlon Neo X2 dual-core CPU, a 320GB hard drive (7200 rpm), and an ATI Radeon HD 3200 series GPU. The Intel version offers the 1.3GHz Pentium SU4100, a 500GB hard drive (7200 rpm), and an integrated GPU. It also comes with a standard 6-cell battery, ships with Windows 7 Home Premium installed and weighs 4.2 pounds, starts at $549 with an AMD processor and $649 with an Intel chip, from October 22nd.
