According to Mobile Computer Mag, MSI UK has a pretty great deal!- MSI is running an Xmas promotion that means everyone who buys an X600 laptop for £799 gets a Wind netbook, worth £249, for free, just printing out a special coupon will allow you to get a free MSI Wind U100 which can be redeemed whenever you pick up any of the MSI X-Slim series notebooks, and those include the X340, X400, X600 and Wind12 U200. This deal is good till Dec. 31, 2009.

Acer Aspire Timeline 1820PT
Acer has a new mini laptop/Tablet PC for us, the Acer Aspire Timeline 1820PT which is supposed to be available in US market soon. Already available in both Australia and Italy. You can also check out detail specs in the US official site. The upcoming convertible tablet PC is an updated version of the Acer Aspire 1820P, equipped with an ultra-low-voltage Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 1.2GHz dual core processor, GMA X4500MHD, 4GB RAM (8 max), 8 hour battery life, 250-320GB HDD, 3G, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR and runs Windows 7 Home Premium. Acer hasn’t said when you’ll be able to buy the multi-touch Aspire Timeline 1820PT, or how much it will cost.

We’ve been hearing about the Lenovo Thinkpad X100e for a few weeks, and now Lenovo is finally ready to launch the 11.6-inch AMD-based ultraportable business/mini laptop. Inside the Lenovo Thinkpad X100e, is an AMD Athlon Neo MV40 1.6GHz single-core processor, a maximum 4GB of RAM, an 11.6-inch, 1366 x 768 display, up to 320GB of hard drive space. It also features a 0.3MP web camera, 802.11 WiFi, three USB ports, a 4-in 1 media card reader, optional 3G and GPS. Supposedly, Lenovo’s X100e runs on Microsoft’ Windows 7 (Starter / Home Basic / Home Premium) and is priced at $449. Colors available: black, white, or red. No words yet on release date. I’m pretty sure I’m buying this on release date!
