Malata R108T tablet PC
The convertible netbook market will start to become boring really quick, just like standard netbooks. There you go, Malata, a Chinese company, have announced a new touchscreen tablet PC named the Malata R108T. The mini laptop is similar to the ASUS’ Eee PC T91 with Windows 7 to boot. Touchscreen, keyboard, and mobility for under $500, the R108T features a 1.6GHz Atom N270 processor, with 1GB of memory and 160GB hard-drive, a 10-inch 1024 x 600 bright LED backlit LCD display with touchscreen capabilities, 1.3 megapixel camera, WiFi, Ethernet, a pair of USB sockets, VGA output and a 3-in-1 card reader. The price around $435 and available in Ferrari Red, Piano Black, Coffee, Gold and Champagne colors.
Malata R108T tablet PC
It’s official. The Samsung Go mini laptop will be available for $199 via AT&T retail locations or online that comes with a 2 year service agreement (aka willing to pay at least $35 a month for 200MB or $60 for 5GB). You’ll have to send in a mail-in rebate to get that price. Its a 3G-equipped version of the Samsung N310. The Samsung Go 3G will come with Windows 7 Starter Edition, has a 10.1 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display, measures 10.3″ (W) x 7.3″ (D) x 1.1″ (H) and is powered by a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU. It will also come with a 4-cell , 4000mAh battery that should last for 10 hours. Other features include 802.11b/g WiFi as well as 3G wireless connections. Chassis colour options include blue, black and red.
