MSI also makes several G-Series gaming notebooks with Intel’s New Core Processors, called GT640, GX640 and GE600. The MSI GE600 is a new 16-inch gaming notebook which packs Intel Core i5 processor and ATI Radeon HD5730 graphics card. A key feature of the new gaming notebook is the 720p HD webcam!

MSI Notebook’s Marketing Director, Sam Chern, said, “To satisfy customer needs, the MSI GE600 was developed to introduce the most advanced software/hardware devices characterized by an all-new exterior design, HD webcam, subwoofer and leading SRS Premium Sound audio, all of which enables customers to enter a new era of mobile video/audio enjoyment experiences.”

The Lenovo IdeaPad Y550 features a 15.6-inch display, with a resolution of 1366×768, which is backlit LCD, along with an Intel 2.10GHz Core 2 Duo T6500 processor. Specs include a 320GB SATA hard drive, a 6-cell Lithium-ion battery that Lenovo claims will run for 5 hours, two USB 2.0 ports, 6 in 1 memory card reader, a 1.3 MP webcam, 802.11g/a/n WiFi connectivity and a DVD drive. It comes preloaded with the Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit Operating System. Price, Lenovo IdeaPad Y550 laptop currently selling for $520.

It looks like MSI is getting set to launch two new MSI notebook from its C-Series, there are MSI CX620 and MSI CR620 laptops. Both notebooks come equipped with Intel Core i processor, a 15.6-inch displays that will be support for 1366×768 pixels, up to 4GB DDR3 memory, a 500GB hard drive, 802.11n Wireless-LAN, HDMI Port, Ethernet LAN, Bluetooth, a 1.3 Megapixel web camera and Microsoft Windows 7. The MSI CX620 laptop is also going to have an ATI Radeon HD5470 discrete graphics card, and MSI CR620 will feature an Intel GMA HD integrated graphics.
