Looks like a mobile carrier has finally decided to take the ASUS Eee PC 1005HGO (Seashell), Orange UK may soon be offering this 3G mini laptop for free with 18-month contract, and a data plan of at least £34.25 cost per month. The Asus Eee PC 1005HGO is the 3G module of the new Asus Eee PC 1005HA, aside from its HUAWEI EM770 3G modem, is an Intel Atom N270 processor, a 10.1 inch LCD display, 1GB of RAM, 250GB of Hard Drive, built-in mobile broadband, a built in web camera, Wi-Fi, Wired LAN and runs Window 7 Starter. Battery life is about 6.5 hours for standard use. It still weighs in at 1.4 kg.
