Folks in China could very well be getting their hands on the new BenQ R100 Android tablet. At only $470 this is an interesting Tablet PC that provides the user with a 833MHz Samsung S5PC100 CPU, a 512MB of DDR2 RAM, an 8GB of internal memory, and a 10.1-inch (1024×600) LCD WSVGA display. Along with a 3MP front facing camera, an SD card reader, Bluetooth, WiFi, a Li-Polymer battery (29.4Wh), an HDMI out and runs on Google Android 2.2 Froyo OS. It measures 266mm by 172mm by 14.55mm and weighs in at just 720grams.

The new BenQ Tablet PC, the BenQ R100 hits Taiwan stores for price tag $470. The new android tablet, also called the BenQ nReader R100, has a 10.1-inch touchscreen display with 1026 × 600 resolution, an 833MHz Samsung S5PC100 processor, 512MB DDR2 RAM, 8GB internal storage and runs on the Android v2.0 operating system. Along with mini-USB and mini-HDMI ports, SD card slot, a 3.55 mm headset jack, Bluetooth, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and more. BenQ says it should get 12 hours of battery life when the device is used for reading.

BenQ has released a new netbook which based on Intel Atom Pine Trail platform that called BenQ JoyBook Lite U105. This 10.1-inch mini laptop is boasts an Intel Atom N450/N470 processor. Like the rest of its netbooks, this one has a 10.1-inch display with resolution of 1024×600 pixel, 1GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive and comes with pre-installed Windows 7 Starter operating system. You can also find three USB 2.0 ports, Ethernet, a 4-in-1 card reader, web cam, WIfi, headphone and microphone jacks. The BenQ JoyBook Lite U105 price starts at around $330.
