Coby Electronics has put up the Coby NMPC1220XPBLK and NB PC1022 mini laptops for pre-order at Amazon.com, the only difference between the two would be the screen sizes and their respective prices. The Coby NMPC1220XPBLK features a 12.1-Inch VGA display with 1024 x 800 pixels resolution, 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, 1GB of RAM, 160GB of Hard Drive, 2.3 hours battery, Windows XP Home and weighing 3.2 pounds. Other features on the new model include Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth, and an Ethernet port. It’s available from amazon for $423.99.

Coby Electronics, known for its cheapest laptops, Coby showed off a new netbook model at the CES in January 2009 called NB PC1022 mini laptop. The Coby NB PC1022 is an 10-inch with 1024 x 600 pixels resolution netbook which features an Atom N270 processor, 1GB of RAM and 160GB of storage, 2.45 hours battery, Windows XP Home, weighing 3 pounds. Other features on the new model include Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth, and an Ethernet port. The laptop image looks remarkably similar to the Coby 8.9 inch NBPC892! It’s available from amazon for $318.99.
