DELL Latitude XT2 XFR
DELL has a brand new tablet for us, Dell’s first rugged tablet mini laptop- the Latitude XT2 XFR, which is supposed to be available in the U.S soon. This tablet has a 12-inch display with 1280 x 800 pixels, Intel GMA 4500MHD, up to 5GB of DDR3 RAM, 64/128GB SSD or a 160GB hard drive, and a Intel Core Duo ULV SU9600 processor. For a tablet, it has three USB ports, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3 different sized batteries and your choice of Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 for your operating system. The Dell Latitude XT2 XFR is available now with prices starting from $3,599, but there’s no mention of UK availability just yet.
According to New York – Dell, Dell will be offering MLB personalization options for the Dell Inspiron Mini and the logos will be available on Dell Inspiron, Inspiron Mini and Studio laptops. So you can get a customized funky design on your mini laptop to show support for your team. All 30 Major League Baseball teams will be available via Dell Design Studio website with three choices of specially-created designs (including Fan, Classic, and Die-Hard designs)available for each team. Overall, the funky designs will be available starting from next month.

The Dell Mini 9 mini laptop Tablet Mod is the work of MyDellMini forum member Rob928. He has modded the hell out of his Dell Mini 9, converting it to a tablet PC with a touchscreen and windows 7 OS, a 16GB SSD, WiFi, Bluetooth, 1GB of RAM and an Intel Atom N270 processor.
