Peripheral manufacturer Razer has confirmed the rumors the upcoming high-end Razer Blade gaming laptop, which they’re calling “the world’s first true gaming laptop”. Measuring 0.88 inches thin and weighs 6.97lbs, the new Razer Blade laptop packs a 17.3-inch LED-backlit HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixel, a 2.8GHz Intel Core i7 2640M processor and an Nvidia GeForce GT 555M (2GB) discrete graphics chip with Optimus technology. Other specs include 8GB of 1333MHz DDR3 Memory, a 320GB 7200rpm SATA hard drive, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, a USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports, and more. The Razer Blade will go on sale in Q4 2011 for $2799.99.
“The Razer Blade was designed to give gamers a laptop they could truly use on the go,” said Min-Liang Tan, CEO and Creative Director, Razer, suggesting that you can’t with other systems like the Alienware range from Dell.

Samsung is getting ready to launched their new Series 7 gaming laptops, coming next month September 2011. Aimed primarily at gamers, the Samsung 700G7A laptop will have a 2GHz Intel Core i7 quad-core processor under the hood, up to 16GB of RAM and a Radeon HD 6970m with 2GB of memory, a Blu-ray drive, a backlit keyboard, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports, HDMI output, and Bluetooth 3.0. It also packs a 17.3-inch LED-backlit display with a resolution of (full HD) 1920 x 1080 pixels. The new Samsung 700G7A laptop has suggested prices starting at $2,600.
The new MSI GE620DX Gaming Laptop is designed for hard-core gamers and high-end users, since it comes equipped with latest Intel Core i7-2630QM quad core processor and the Nvidia GeForce GT 555M 2GB graphic card. The MSI GE620DX Gaming Notebook packs a 15.6-inch HD LED-backlit screen with 1377×768 pixels resolution, 8GB DDR3 RAM, up to 750GB hard drive, HDMI, VGA video output, 802.11 b/g/n WLAN, Bluetooth v2.1, 4-channel Premium Sound speakers backed by THX TruStudio Pro and Blu-ray or DVD Super Multi disk drive. The laptop will be shipped with a 6-cell 4400 mAh battery and Windows 7 Home Premium pre-loaded.
