HP has today announced it is updating its line of HP TouchSmart tm2 laptops to include the new Intel Core i3 processor. The HP TouchSmart tm2-2150us processor equipped with a 1.33GHz Intel Core i3-380UM CPU and of course a 12.1-inch mini laptop that is 1280 x 800 pixel resolution, 500GB 7,200 rpm hard drive, 4GB of DDR3 RAM, together with three USB 2.0 ports, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, webcam, and a 5-in-1 card reader. This laptop will become available in October 27 for price tag $830 (with Windows 7 Home Premium OS).
HP is planning on launching an updated version of the Pavilion dm3t 13.3-inch laptop that will be armed with the the 1.2 GHz Intel Pentium U5400 ULV processor or Core i3-330UM CPU. Pavilion dm3t laptop boasts on Intel HD integrated graphics, up to 8GB of RAM, up to 640GB HDD or up to 160GB SSD, Gigabit Ethernet, a 5-in-1 card reader, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Altec Lansing speakers and a 6-cell battery. It has a 13.3-inch 1366 x 768 LED-backlit display and runs Windows 7 Home Premium or Professional (64bit) OS. The price is about $550.

HP ENVY 17 laptop has updated with new name, HP ENVY 17 3D. From the name, it’s mean this laptop features a 17.3 inch full HD Ultra BrightView display that supports 1080p resolution and 3D content. The machine offers support for Blu-ray and ships with active 3D glasses. Features and specifications of the high-end laptop include 2TB of storage, a choice of Intel Core i7 processors, a blu-ray drive, Beats Audio for high-quality sound and an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5850 discrete graphics card. Too bad, there is no info on pricing so far.
