Rover Computers, Russian based company have launched a new mini laptop that comes preloaded with the Android 2.1 operating system called the RoverBook Steel netbook. It also packs a 10-inch display with 1024 x 600 resolution, 256MB of RAM, 4GB flash storage and a 640MHz RockChip 2818 processor. Other specs of the RoverBook Steel netbook includes Ethernet LAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity options, two USB 2.0 ports, a SD memory card slot, speakers, microphone, and supports Android market applications store.

Acer revealed their new Aspire One D257 netbook series, the company latest mini laptop reported by Notebook Italia with a 10.1-inch 1024 x 600 glossy display and packed with a dual core Atom N550 processor. According to report, the new Aspire One D257 runs on Windows 7 Starter or Google’s Android Operating System and also configured with 1GB of RAM. It is said to have 8 hours of battery life. No other specs are available now.
