MSI reportedly will release two new laptops which based on Intel Huron River platform, includes the MSI GE620 and MSI GR620 laptops. Both gaming laptops are powered by the 2nd Generation Intel Core i7 processor, a 15.6-inch LED-backlit display with 1366×768 resolution, up to 8GB of RAM, up to 640GB 7,200-rpm hard drive, a Blu-ray / DVD drive, an HD webcam, 4-channel speaker system, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, 5-in-1 card reader, two USB 3.0 ports and a 6-cell battery. The only difference we have found is that the GR620 packs an Intel integrated graphics while the GE620 gets a GeForce GT 540M 1GB graphics card.
MSI X-Slim X460 Sandy Bridge-Based notebook is boasted by an Intel Core i5/i7 2nd generation mobile platform, Nvidia GeForce 540M GT discrete graphics card with 1GB of DDR3 memory. The new MSI X-Slim X460 also packs a 14-inch LED LED screen display with 16:9 aspect ratio, HDMI output, USB 3.0 port, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, and 720p HD webcam.
