According to a report published by akihabaranews, Japanese computer and consumer electronics major – Onkyo is pleased to announce that their latest 14-inch laptop is coming up to hit store soon, the Onkyo DR425. The laptop features a 14-inch, 1366 x 768 pixel TFT LED-backlit LCD display, up to 8GB of RAM, and a 500GB (5400rpm), SATA2 hard drive. It has a 2.30GHz Intel Core i5-2410M CPU, (Turbo Boost up to 2.90GHz), and an Intel HD graphics 3000. Along with a Blu-ray drive, a card reader, WiFi, an HDMI port and is pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (SP1) OS. The laptop will be out soon, with a starting price of $1,025.

Onkyo has announced two new Windows-based Tablet PCs. The Onkyo TW317A7PH and Onkyo TW117A7PH will come with Windows 7 OS. The TW317A7PH and TW117A7PH have 11.6 1,366 × 728 – and 10.1-inch 1,024 × 600 displays, respectively. These also feature an Intel Atom N450 1.66GHz processor, 2GB RAM, SD card reader, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1 +EDR. The TW317A7PH will be available next week in Japan with a $980 price tag.

The Onkyo C411 Pine Trail series Netbook will be Onkyo’s first mini laptop to feature Intel’s new Pine Trail platform. The processor that will drive this netbook is going to be the Intel Atom N540. A key feature of the latest model is that it features a digital TV tuner and packed with AM/FM radio. As similar to Acer Aspire 532h, the machine is powered by a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, an integrated GMA 3150 graphics, 1GB of RAM (up to 2GB), and 250GB hard drive. It also comes with a 10.1-inch glossy widescreen LCD display with 1024×600 resolution, three USB 2.0 port, Ethernet, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi connectivity, D-Sub, SD/Memory Stick card reader slot, and a 0.3MP webcam, a 4 cell battery, and Windows 7 Starter Edition. Priced at $600 a pop.
