Samsung has starting sale its new solar netbook, known as Samsung NC215S-A01US. It is available for pre-order at Amazon and priced at $399. The Samsung Mini Laptop will be able to get 1 hour of battery life for every two hours of charging time in the sun. The netbook features a 10.1-inch, 1024 x 600 pixel superbright LED-backlit matte display, 1GB of RAM, and a 250GB hard drive. It has a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N570 dual core processor, Intel GMA 3150 integrated graphics, an SD card slot, a webcam, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 3.0. Dimensions of Samsung NC215S are 10.2 x 7.0 x 0.93 inches and weighs 2.87 pounds.
