Here comes a new 13.3-inch mini laptop from Sony that is based on Intel’s new Sandy Bridge platform. Called the Sony VAIO S Series, the customizable laptop is packed with a 13.3-inch HD LED Backlit display with resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, a 2.53GHz Core i3-380M, 2.66GHz Core i5-480M (2.93GHz turbo boost) or i5-580M (3.33GHz turbo boost) processor, up to 500GB (7200rpm) hard drive or 256GB SSD, up to 8GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 310M GPU (512MB VRAM) or Intel integrated graphics. It comes preloaded with the Windows 7 Home Premium or Professional 64-bit OS.

Both of Sony VAIO Y series has similiars specification and features, the difference only the Sony VAIO YA is packs an Intel Core i3 380UM or 1.33 GHz Intel Core i5 470UM processor.
