CTL 2go Classmate PC NL3 and E12 Mini Laptops

CTL is reportedly readying two new mini laptops for launch very soon. They are 2go Classmate PC E12 netbook and NL3 convertible tablet. The NL3 gets DDR3 memory an HDMI port, up to 10 hours of battery life and running Microsoft Windows 7 operating system. The E12 is also powered by Intel Atom N2600 processor and either Microsoft Windows 7 or open source Ubuntu operating system. The 2go Classmate PC NL3 and E12 are available for pre-order now at CTL.

New Mini Laptop – OLPC XO 3.0 tablet PC

OLPC (One Laptop Per Child) unveiled its newest offering, the OLPC XO 3.0 tablet at the CES 2012, and is said to start off at $100. This new mini laptop packs a 1024 x 768 pixel LCD display which can be viewed clearly in sunlight as well. Apart from that, powered by a Marvell Armada PXA618 processor, 4GB of flash storage, 512MB of RAM, a 1800 mAh battery and more. The tablet will be shipped with Linux or Android OS.

Toshiba Excite X10 tablet unveiled at CES 2012

Toshiba has recently introduced its new tablet at the CES 2012 in Las Vegas, called Toshiba Excite X10. According to manufacture, it is the world’s thinnest 10-inch tablet (about 7.7 mm, 0.3 inch thick and weighs 1.18 lbs). Expect to to come in 16GB and 32GB varieties, with pricing set at $529.99 and $599.99, respectively, there are no details on an exact release date as yet. The Toshiba Excite X10 tablet will be powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core TI OMAP 4430 processor, a 10.1 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, 1GB RAM, micro-USB, micro-HDMI ports, a microSD slot, WiFi, GPS, and Bluetooth connectivity, and the Android 3.2 Honeycomb OS (it will be updated to Android 4.0 after release). Plus a rear facing 5 megapixel camera and a front facing 1.3 megapixel camera.

AT&T Pantech Element tablet Release Date Confirmed

AT&T has quietly added another tablet into their current lineup. The new model is the Pantech Element tablet and its priced at $300 on a two year LTE data agreement or $450 without contract. The new tablet packs an 8-inch touchscreen display, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, and runs on Android 3.2 OS. It also comes with a 5MP back camera and a 2MP front camera. storage, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, HDMI output and the Android 3.2 Honeycomb OS. It also has a 8 megapixel rear-facing camera along with a front-facing 1.2MP camera. So far this is looking to be a great tablet, but it is recently sold out and no word when it will be available.

T-Mobile is planning on releasing a new Android tablet on its network, under the model name of Huawei Springboard. The T-Mobile’s Springboard tablet packs a 7-inch HD multi-touch display with 1280 x 800 resolution, a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8260 dual-core processor, a 5mp front-facing camera, a microSD card slot (supports up to 32GB), HDMI output, and the Android 3.2 (Honeycomb) OS. Dimensions of Springboard tablet are 7.48″ x 4.88″ x 0.41″ and weight 13 ounces. Talkandroid says it will cost about $200.
