Toshiba is reportedly preparing to launch a convertible tablet-style mini laptop , but Microsoft has already been showcasing the new sliding laptop at CES 2012 in Las Vegas. The Toshiba Portege M930 will similar design to Asus Eee Pad slider laptop that equipped with a 13 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, an Intel Core i5 processor, 4GB of RAM, 256GB solid state drive. Weight is 1.9kg and it is 27mm thick. This convertible, like the Lenovo Yoga will be perfect for Windows 8.

Toshiba has just showcased their newest netbook which is boasted by a Intel Atom Cedar Trail processor (N2600 or N2800) at CES 2012 that called the Toshiba NB510. The mini laptop packs a 10.1 inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, 1GB of RAM, 320GB of storage, three USB ports, Ethernet Jack, a VGA port and an HDMI port. There’s no word as to when the NB510 will be available in the market or how much it will be priced at.

Toshiba has recently introduced its new tablet at the CES 2012 in Las Vegas, called Toshiba Excite X10. According to manufacture, it is the world’s thinnest 10-inch tablet (about 7.7 mm, 0.3 inch thick and weighs 1.18 lbs). Expect to to come in 16GB and 32GB varieties, with pricing set at $529.99 and $599.99, respectively, there are no details on an exact release date as yet. The Toshiba Excite X10 tablet will be powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core TI OMAP 4430 processor, a 10.1 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, 1GB RAM, micro-USB, micro-HDMI ports, a microSD slot, WiFi, GPS, and Bluetooth connectivity, and the Android 3.2 Honeycomb OS (it will be updated to Android 4.0 after release). Plus a rear facing 5 megapixel camera and a front facing 1.3 megapixel camera.
