Airis, a Spanish manufacturer, has recently launched a cheap 10-inch mini laptop for the netbook market which named as Kira 700. As you may already know, the KIRA 700 netbook comes without an operating system, if you want Windows XP installed on the system, you need extra cost 40 Euro. It goes in cheap at 299 EURO and packs an Intel Atom processor, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, Intel GMA 950, Memory card reader, 1.3MP webcam and other features like three
