ICD ULTRA 7-inch mini laptop: Good news for Google and Android fans, Innovative Converged Devices announced a new NVIDIA Tegra powered 7″ Android web tablet this week which comes with Android 2.1. The ICD ULTRA tablet looks like a digital photoframe, battery life is up to four hours and its base configuration includes a 1Ghz NVIDIA Tegra processor, 512MB of RAM, Bluetooth, HDMI-out, a 1.3-megapixel camera, a non removable 4GB SD card and a microSD car slot. The said tablet goes for a base price of $249.
