Acer has released a new laptop in the market with the Acer Aspire 5740. Laptopmag reports that the Acer Aspire 5740 costs $150 to $200 less than similarly equipped 15.6-inch laptops from Dell and HP. It’s an Acer machine that not only looks good but also boast of a nice set of features: a 15.6-inch HD LED-backlit TFT LCD display with 1366 x 768 pixel resolution, an Intel Core i5-430M CPU running at 2.26 GHz, an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 with 1GB of VRAM, Mobile Intel HM55 Express, 4GB of RAM, a 500 GB SATA Hard drive and Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS.
