Samsung’s latest N series mini laptop would be the Samsung N510 NVIDIA Ion netbook, picture above. The Samsung N510 is expected to begin shipping in the US in September. This mini laptop is an 11.6-inch netbook built on NVIDIA’s Ion platform and I hope Nvidia worked out the kinks in the ION to play Adobe Flash fullscreen without stuttering. This looks like a fantastic system: packs an 11.1-inch display with a 1366×768 resolution, a 1.66GHz Intel atom N280 processor, a NVIDIA Ion chipset with GeForce 9400M graphics and HDMI out. Other features include a 1GB RAM, a 160GB HDD, a card reader, WiFi, Bluetooth, Windows 7 and a 6-cell battery. It also will be able to handle blu-ray content and will retail for $599.
