It looks like Hewlett-Packard is preparing to launch its first ultrabook based on Intel’s Core i3/i5 processor. The HP Folio 13 ultrabook packs a 13.3-inch HD display with resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, up to 8GB of RAM, a 128GB SSD, Gigabit Ethernet, SD card slot, up to 9 hours of battery life, HDMI output, one USB 2.0 and one USB 3.0 ports. And it can be configured with either a 1.4GHz Intel Core i3 or a 1.6GHz Intel Core i5 processor (2.3 GHz turbo boost). Dimensions of HP Folio are 12.5″ x 8.7″ x 0.7″ and weight 3.3 pounds. The price of the HP Folio laptop is at about $899.99, which will be available for purchase on December 7th, 2011.
